Prime Property Construction started as a small business in the Algarve with a focus on renovation and interior improvement work. At the beginning, the goal was simple - deliver reliable, high-quality results on smaller projects and build trust through consistent work.

Overtime, the company has grown steadily, both in size and in the type of projects we take on. Today, we handle full interior design work and exterior work, as well as ongoing property maintenance. This allows us to support clients through every stage of improving and maintaining their homes, from the first idea through too the final finish and long-term care.

Our approach is still based on the same core principles we started with: attention to detail, clear communication, and dependable workmanship. We believe every project, no matter the size, deserves proper planning and high standard of execution.
